Here we summarize main points:

• kindly send us an e-mail with information what you wish to return to info@wolfiepicks.cz
• send the products to our address: name: Michaela Masarikova, wolfiepicks.cz, street and number: V Lipkach 568/10, zip code: 154 00, city: Prague, country: Czech Republic, tel.: +420 739341181, e-mail: info@wolfiepicks.cz
• sent us a tracking link for the returned package or parcel number and website of the carrier
• we will write you once we get your package within 1-3 days, inspect the returned products and issue a refund
• in case the products have been purchased in our pop-up shop during race or event, you will receive a store credit

General rules:

You can return unused, just tried on, clean clothes and gear with original tags as well as in original packaging within 30 days. You can return unopened, unused products in original packaging within 21 days. If you have received free items with your order of products, you are obliged to return those as well. Some products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons, such as: cosmetics, socks, underwear. You cannot returned individualized or modified products, for example jerseys after application of ID Kits. 

You, the buyer, are responsible for the cost of shipping and packing of the returned products to us (to the seller).
